Bad Bananas? Not anymore!

How often do you buy a bunch of bananas with all the intention of eating them before they go bad? My intentions of consuming these were there, right next to the rotting bananas in the basket! Finally it dawned on me, put them in the freezer for future use. I’m not wasting food and if I don’t have any fresh fruit I have a supply of frozen bananas. Some of my favorite uses for these are fruit smoothies and banana pancakes. Save your bananas before they rot. Be imaginative in finding uses for this nutritious snack.
