Where is Mr. Right?

Dear Aunt Becky:
I have been dating for what seems like an eternity! Seriously, I am 37 years old and I just can’t seem to find Mr. Right. I would like to start a family soon but none of the men I meet are interested in settling down, they just want to have fun now.

Dear Tired:
I know it seems as if there aren’t any more men out there that want to settle down. Good news, this is far from the truth! The time is now to re-evaluate where you are hanging out and meeting potential mates. Something has to change…maybe it’s time to take up golf or do some volunteer work at the local animal shelter or senior center. You’re probably thinking “there’s no men there…” maybe not but their mom or sister might be there and trust me, if you’re a half-way decent person they would love to set you up with their eligible: son, brother, cousin - you catch my drift.
This is also the time to think about how important is marriage to you? For now it should be a top priority, go out to all events you can, even if you’re tired! Let everyone know you are interested in meeting potential mates - people LOVE to play matchmaker. Lastly, if you aren’t already on the internet, sign up now. I know several couples that met on: Match.com, eHarmony and True that are happily married. Please don’t give up yet, Mr. Right could be waiting just around the corner.
